Our story

Twenty years of work inside the GCC talent market.

  1. 2006

    Sachith Rai started Recruise in Bengaluru after fifteen years in operational quality at Tata Group, HP, and HGS. The disciplines that fixed manufacturing, he believed, could fix hiring too: process design and honest data.

  2. 2012

    The firm moved beyond technology hiring into Pharma, BFSI, and Life Sciences. Each new sector deepened the firm's specialization further. Depth was always the pattern.

  3. 2017

    Recruise began working with the first Fortune 500 GCCs in its portfolio. The eight years that followed defined what the firm became: 500+ placements built one team at a time inside a single pharma GCC, 300+ inside a retail GCC's scale-up, and roughly the same again for a global healthcare organization.

  4. 2026

    Recruise opened its Houston office in March. Bengaluru remains the spine. The US presence is the firm meeting GCC parents on home ground.

Sachith founded Recruise in 2006, after fifteen years in operational quality and process design at Tata Group, HP, and HGS. He came into recruitment as a systems thinker first and a hiring practitioner second, which is still the way he works. Every mandate is a process. Every placement is an outcome the data should be able to predict.

Across twenty years he has personally led searches for senior leadership and specialist roles across IT, Pharma, BFSI, ER&D, and consulting. He has placed Partner-level leaders into international markets and built executive cohorts for some of the largest pharma and retail GCCs from the ground up.

The reputation he carries across the GCC ecosystem is straightforward. He is the person GCC leaders call when they want a real read on the market. He is candid about what the data shows, willing to be wrong on record, and known to say no to mandates that won't work.

Data without judgment is noise. Judgment without data is guesswork. Twenty years of running placements has taught me the work is at the intersection, and most firms never get there.
