How do I know which of the twelve services I actually need?
You probably don't — and that's the right starting point. Most engagements draw from two or three of the services together. A 20-minute call is usually enough for us to map the work to the right combination. We won't sell you a service you don't need, and we'll say so if your problem is outside what we do well.
What's the difference between RPO, scale-up hiring, and offshore dev centres?
Scale-up hiring is a single, time-bound engagement to add a defined cohort of people. RPO is your hiring function run by us on an ongoing basis. Offshore dev centres are full teams — including leadership — built and operated for you, often with a build-operate-transfer (BOT) model. Different problems, different commitments.
Do you work outside India?
Our placement work is India-centric — that's where our intelligence is dense and where our practitioner network is deepest. For India GCCs of multinationals, we engage frequently with HQ stakeholders in the US, UK, Europe, and Singapore. Our Houston, Texas office serves that purpose.
How is pricing structured?
Placement work is priced as a percentage of first-year compensation. Managed services are priced as fixed-fee or per-hire-cost, depending on the engagement. Intelligence and advisory work is priced as a fixed project fee or an annual subscription. We quote against a brief — we don't publish rate cards because the work isn't standard.
Will you tell us if our brief is wrong?
Yes. If your JD won't attract the talent you want, your comp band is out of market, or the role you're hiring for shouldn't exist as written, we'll tell you in the first conversation. That's the partnership — not the polite version of it.
How long until we see results?
It varies. A senior search typically runs 8–12 weeks. A scale-hiring engagement starts producing hires inside 30 days. Employer brand and GCC-setup engagements take longer — three to six months before the numbers move. We're explicit about the timeline before we sign anything.
