VP/SVP Internal Consulting

We are looking for a Vice President – Internal Consulting to lead and support high-impact Operating Model, Process Improvement and Process Transformation initiatives across business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead/support end-to-end operating model, process improvement and transformation programs with senior leadership sponsorship.

·       Design future-state processes and innovative solutions using Agile, Lean, Six Sigma and DMAIC methodologies.

·       Own project workstreams, project plans, backlogs, user stories, governance and implementation planning.

·       Apply change management principles and support organizational readiness and adoption.

·       Develop process improvement methodologies, best practices and delivery approaches for the Internal Consulting team.

·       Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team capability building.

·       Leverage digitalization and AI to enhance process transformation and business outcomes.

·       Create impactful PowerPoint presentations, business cases and data-driven executive communications.

 

Key Requirements:

·       14+ years of experience in consulting,Operating Model, Process Improvement and Process Transformation.

·       Management Consulting experience is required, preferably with Banking / Financial Services or Investment Banking exposure.

·       3+ years of project/program management experience delivering transformation or reengineering initiatives with measurable ROI.

·       Strong expertise in Process Mapping, Root Cause Analysis, Lean/Six Sigma, DMAIC and Agile methodologies.

·       Experience with AI/digital transformation and integrating technology into business processes.

·        Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

·       Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and data visualization capabilities.

·       Ability to work across functions and engage stakeholders from operational teams through senior leadership.
