Key Responsibilities

Design future-state processes and innovative solutions using Agile, Lean, Six Sigma and DMAIC methodologies.
Own project workstreams, project plans, backlogs, user stories, governance and implementation planning.
Apply change management principles and support organizational readiness and adoption.
Develop process improvement methodologies, best practices and delivery approaches for the Internal Consulting team.
Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team capability building.
Leverage digitalization and AI to enhance process transformation and business outcomes.
Create impactful PowerPoint presentations, business cases and data-driven executive communications.

Key Requirements

14+ years of experience in consulting,Operating Model, Process Improvement and Process Transformation.
Management Consulting experience is required, preferably with Banking / Financial Services or Investment Banking exposure.
3+ years of project/program management experience delivering transformation or reengineering initiatives with measurable ROI.
Strong expertise in Process Mapping, Root Cause Analysis, Lean/Six Sigma, DMAIC and Agile methodologies.
Experience with AI/digital transformation and integrating technology into business processes.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and data visualization capabilities.
Ability to work across functions and engage stakeholders from operational teams through senior leadership.
