The Value You Deliver

·       Serve as the primary point of contact for space planning in the India region. Forecasts space requirements and oversees local workplace projects and initiatives. Responsible for ensuring (Tango) global space management system, remains accurate and updated in real time.

·       Participate in workplace strategy activities for Real Estate, analyze information and make recommendations regarding workplace requirements.

·       Undertake activities to support key data-gathering processes, including developing communications materials and preparatory work related to Real Estate services.

·       Collate data and create Executive summary slides, diagrams, charts, dashboards, and other written materials to present findings and recommendations effectively.

·       Conduct desktop analysis, including industry trends, benchmarking, and plan analysis to inform strategic decisions.

·       Coordinate with project teams, including operations, project management, and design teams, to ensure alignment and successful execution of workplace strategies.

·       Assists in crafting real estate operations guidelines, aligning processes with best practices, enhancing consistency, and minimizing errors. Updates FM policies regularly, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

·       Develops plans for energy conservation, waste reduction, and eco-friendly practices, aligning with corporate sustainability goals and enhancing environmental stewardship.

·       Stays informed on industry trends and innovations, introducing advanced FM solutions that improve competitive advantage and operational efficiency.
