Technical Leadership

    • Strong software engineering background with hands-on experience building and supporting enterprise-scale platforms and distributed systems.
    • Ability to provide technical leadership across architecture, design reviews, engineering standards, platform modernization, and technology strategy.
    • Proven experience influencing engineering decisions and driving technical excellence across multiple teams.

Software & Platform Engineering

    • Strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices, and distributed architectures.
    • Experience building cloud-native applications and platforms in AWS.
    • Experience with Kubernetes, containerization, infrastructure automation, and modern DevOps practices.
    • Experience designing and delivering self-service engineering platforms and internal developer capabilities.

Reliability Engineering & Operational Excellence

    • Solid understanding of observability, monitoring, alerting, incident management, root cause analysis, and operational reporting.
    • Understanding of reliability engineering concepts including availability, resiliency, service level objectives (SLOs), service level indicators (SLIs), and operational excellence.
    • Experience driving automation and operational improvements within engineering organizations.
