Transformation delivery consultant
We are looking for a Transformation Delivery Consultant with experience in life sciences/healthcare consulting to lead transformation initiatives and deliver high-impact client solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead transformation projects/workstreams from planning through execution and delivery.
- Manage project plans, risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder communication.
- Analyze business and scientific requirements to develop data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Partner with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive transformation outcomes.
- Support process improvement, operating model, and strategic transformation initiatives.
- Contribute to consulting knowledge, team development, and client relationship management.
- Demonstrate strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and collaborative leadership skills.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in transformation delivery / life sciences or healthcare consulting, GTM Strategy.
- Experience managing projects, workstreams, or collaborative teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong project management, analytical, communication, and relationship management skills.
- MS/MBA/PhD preferred.
