Job Title: Global Consultant
Overview
We are seeking an experienced strategy consultant with existing life sciences experience and, where possible, deep domain expertise. Roles are practice-specific, hired directly into defined practices to build sustained capability and impact.
The Global Consultant will be fully dedicated to the end-to-end project lifecycle, providing continuity and hands-on delivery support to accelerate adoption within teams. This role is critical to providing deep domain expertise within the practice, increasing value creation for clients and teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Work in teams to solve complex business problems for clients.
- Gather and analyze information, formulate and test hypotheses, and develop recommendations.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to client teams and senior stakeholders.
- Support implementation of recommendations and work with client teams to achieve impact.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues across teams and geographies.
- Provide deep domain expertise within the relevant life sciences practice.
- Rapidly build domain knowledge and apply strategy frameworks to highly technical client contexts.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant life science consulting or strategy experience.
- Strong interest in, or experience with, life sciences and healthcare markets, including biopharma, medtech, diagnostics, or health services.
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and think creatively.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proven leadership skills and a strong sense of initiative.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with people at all levels of an organization.
- Outstanding record of academic achievement.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and workstreams effectively.

Preferred Qualifications
- PharmD, MD/MBBS, or PhD in life sciences.
- Familiarity with topics such as product strategy, portfolio prioritization, market access, commercial excellence, or growth strategy.
