Senior Data Management
In this role you’ll make an impact by:
• Provide strategic oversight and global support for master data platforms and database systems, ensuring high availability and efficient resolution of complex service requests and incidents.
• Lead the gathering and refinement of business and technical requirements, and oversee the creation of comprehensive solution designs, technical specifications, and documentation, including validation and UAT processes.
• Architect, design, and continuously enhance advanced database and MDM solutions to enable scalable, high-quality master data creation, validation, distribution, and governance, supporting business growth and transformation.
• Drive and lead data management programs and initiatives across the full lifecycle—design, development, testing, and deployment—ensuring delivery of robust, scalable, and enterprise-aligned data solutions.
To succeed in this role, you must hold
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or a closely related field.
• Over 5-9 years of proven experience in database design, development, and data engineering.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, along with strong hands-on experience in ETL tools and scripting languages such as Python or Bash.
• In-depth knowledge of MDM platforms, complemented by a solid understanding of data governance frameworks and data flow optimization techniques.
• Proven track record of leading complex technical initiatives and delivering successful outcomes.
• Strong expertise in database architecture, data modeling best practices, and system integration approaches.
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to guide and influence strategic decisions through technical insight and domain expertise.

Mandatory
Experience with building and developing K2 (Nintext) workflows.
- Programming experience in one of these languages: C#, Java, Javascript.
- Experience with building and developing K2 (Nintext) workflows.
- An advantage if you have worked with SharePoint lists, document libraries, permissions and some configurations.
