Legal role Manager/Sr Manager

Bangalore, Karnataka, India Full-time Management Consulting Manager

Legal & Compliance professional to own corporate legal, contracts, compliance, and governance activities, partnering closely with business teams and external counsel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide business-focused legal advice and manage legal & compliance risks.
  • Draft, review, negotiate, and close complex/high-value contracts.
  • Drive corporate law, labour law, governance, compliance, and policy initiatives.
  • Support IP/trademark matters, entity formation, and business expansion.
  • Coordinate with external counsel on litigation, arbitration, notices, and disputes.
  • Monitor regulatory developments and translate them into actionable business guidance.
  • Partner with internal and international stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • 6–12+ years of experience in corporate legal, contracts, compliance, and governance.
  • Strong experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and risk management.
  • Exposure to Corporate Law, Labour Laws, and Corporate Governance.
  • Experience managing external counsel and dispute-related matters.
  • India & US entity formation experience is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and commercial acumen.
