Pillar 1 - TMO Establishment & Operations
Lead the establishment, operation, and continuous maturity of the TMO; act as primary operational lead for the Technology Enablement Framework.
Pillar 2 - Transformation Control Tower
Provide leadership for Control Tower operations: governance reporting, executive dashboards, portfolio oversight, governance administration, RAID management, and operational coordination. | Proprietary & Confidential
Pillar 3 - Governance Pathways & Cadence
Ensure all initiatives progress through defined governance pathways and maintain governance cadence across all forums - TGB, ESC, and supporting bodies.
4. DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES
4.1 TMO & Framework Leadership
Lead the establishment, operation, and continuous maturity of the Transformation Management Office (TMO), ensuring the Technology Enablement Framework is consistently applied across the enterprise transformation portfolio
Act as primary operational lead for the Technology Enablement Framework and manage the governance processes required to sustain program execution and organizational alignment
Coordinate intake routing and governance path assignment for incoming initiatives across Fast Track, Standard, and Escalated pathways
Maintain the RACI and decision rights across client business, client IT, and service provider organizations
4.2 Control Tower Operations
Provide leadership for Transformation Control Tower operations: governance reporting, executive dashboards, portfolio oversight, governance administration, RAID management, and operational coordination
Own portfolio-level reporting and executive dashboards, giving client leadership an accurate, current view of transformation status, risks, and decisions needed
Maintain the RAID log with action owners, due dates, and resolution records; track and flag deviations from approved patterns and guardrails
Coordinate dependencies across business functions, IT, the Service Provider, and enterprise transformation programs.
Ensure technology-enabled initiatives remain aligned with broader enterprise priorities.
Owns the Fast Track operating model.
Ensures initiatives are routed through the appropriate governance pathway.
Maintains predefined business, technical, architecture, and governance standards.
4.3 Governance Forums & Cadence
Ensure all initiatives progress through the defined governance pathways; maintain governance cadence across all forums and provide the operational discipline required to support enterprise governance
Operate and facilitate the Technology Governance Board and Executive Steering Committee (ESC): agendas, materials, minutes, decisions, and action logs
Coordinate across client business, IT, and service provider teams to remove blockers and maintain delivery momentum
4.4 SOW Delivery Commitments
Deliver against defined SOW objectives: Transformation Management Office establishment and operations, Transformation Control Tower, governance operations, Technology Governance Board
