Lead Software Engineer

Skills & Competencies:

• At least 4 years of hands-on experience in .NET Core programming.
• Profound knowledge of SQL, preferably MSSQL database.
• Responsible for overseeing project development, making high-level technical decisions, and ensuring the team is aligned with the overall project goals.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders and participate in project planning and strategic discussions.
• Able to mentor, guide, and lead a team of engineers as well as contribute to the entire organization’s software development.

• Expert level experience with C#, .NET Core, Entity framework core, .NET Core Web API, Entity Framework, EF Core, LINQ
• Must have hands-on experience and proficient knowledge of MSSQL/MYSQL.
• Must have hands-on experience in JavaScript, jQuery, Html, CSS
• Expert level Knowledge of modern enterprise application peripherals like SSO authentication, Push notifications, Signal R
• Hands-on experience with micro service framework.
• Expert level knowledge of version management
• Expert level experience with data structures libraries.
• Ability to propose and customize the best plugins or implementation methodologies to ensure seamless and standard UI experience and performance across the products.
• Must have experience of deployment in IIS and Kestrel.
• Ability to work cross-platform Linux and Windows, Hands-on experience of deployment on Linux platform.
• Provides technical documentation on realized modules/products following internal standards.
• Exposure to the Docker, Kubernetes is an added advantage.

• Experience with Software Development Processes & Models: Agile Model.
