HR Analytics
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced HR Analytics to join our HR Technology and Analytics team on a 1+ years contract. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Power BI dashboard development, HR analytics, and Workday reporting to deliver meaningful workforce insights and support data-driven HR decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for HR stakeholders.
- Extract, transform, and analyze HR data from Workday and other HR systems.
- Develop workforce analytics related to headcount, attrition, hiring, diversity, compensation, performance, and talent management
- Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Business Leaders to understand reporting requirements.
- Ensure data accuracy, governance, and consistency across HR reporting platforms.
- Optimize existing dashboards for performance and usability.
- Create executive-level dashboards with actionable insights and KPIs.
- Support ad hoc reporting and analytics requests.
- Document reporting processes and maintain dashboard standards.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience in HR Analytics or People Analytics.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI.
- Good understanding of Workday HCM, including Workday reporting and calculated fields.
