Location: Mumbai / Kolkata (with periodic travel across properties)
Reporting To: Managing Director / CEO
Function: Technology, Data & Systems

Role Purpose

Own the technology and data ecosystem for the group by building and managing the application layer above the PMS. Drive the technology roadmap, create a reliable data foundation, and enable data-driven decision-making across all properties.

Key Responsibilities

Technology & Application Ownership

• Own and manage the application ecosystem, including Hotel CRM, MICE CRM, pricing calculators, incentive engines, and reporting platforms.

• Define the technology roadmap and lead build-vs-buy decisions.

• Oversee integrations with PMS and other business systems.

Data & Analytics

• Build a unified data architecture and establish a single source of truth across properties.

• Develop and maintain dashboards, reporting systems, and data pipelines to convert property data into actionable insights.

• Ensure data accuracy, accessibility, and reliability for business decision-making.

Delivery & Stakeholder Management

• Manage technology vendors, internal teams, and contract developers.

• Drive successful delivery and adoption of technology solutions across properties.

• Translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions.

Governance & Security

• Establish standards for data security, access control, and system reliability across the group.

• Ensure technology platforms are scalable, secure, and operationally effective.

Qualifications & Experience

• 4–8 years of experience in technology delivery, data engineering, product, or digital transformation roles.

• Strong understanding of modern technology stacks (SQL, React/JavaScript, cloud data tools) or proven experience leading teams that build such systems.

• Experience integrating enterprise systems such as PMS, ERP, CRM, or similar platforms.

• Demonstrated track record of building and implementing systems that deliver measurable business impact.
