Scope of Work:
As a consultant – Advisory at Group, you will be responsible for supporting our clients by providing strategic insights and analyses that drive informed decision-making in the outsourcing and global services industry. Your role will involve a mix of financial analysis, risk assessment, vendor evaluation, and contract support. You will leverage s proprietary tools and frameworks to deliver high-quality solutions. Key responsibilities include:
- Develop Deliverables: Create deliverables using tools and frameworks, ensuring alignment with our quality standards.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct detailed financial analyses using Group frameworks and industry benchmarks, including the development of financial models and trending.
- Global Sourcing Advisory: Evaluate the benefits and risks of various global outsourcing locations to help clients make informed sourcing decisions.
- Risk Monitoring: Identify and monitor outsourcing risks for clients using our risk monitoring framework.
- RFI/RFP/RFQ Development: Contribute to the creation of competitive RFI/RFP/RFQ documents and proposal evaluation criteria.
- Technical Sourcing Evaluations: Apply technical knowledge to assist clients in sourcing evaluations and assess the financial and technical aspects of vendor proposals.
- Comparative Analysis: Conduct comparative analyses of vendor proposals to aid in the decision-making process.
- Contract Support: Assist in the negotiation and development of outsourcing contractual documents.
- Client Presentations: Develop high-impact PowerPoint presentations to convey complex messages to clients and other external audiences.

Qualifications:
- Any graduate from reputed management institutes with a strong academic record.
· 5-8 years of relevant outsourcing or advisory or client-side industry experience
· Knowledge of ITO or BPO or GBS
· Familiarity with and ability to blend into American business culture
· Prior experience in handling American clients
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
- Experience in global outsourcing and vendor management.
· Proficiency in using financial analysis tools and frameworks.
· Excellent communication skills, particularly in creating presentations.
· Technology work experience background is highly desired
- Strong skills in Microsoft tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Project
- Ability to travel as required to facilitate project delivery
