Overview
We are looking for a hands-on AI Agent Developer to productionize AI-enabled dashboards, build intelligent agents, and automate sales intelligence workflows. The role involves integrating Salesforce, Power BI, SharePoint, Snowflake, and other sales data sources to deliver actionable insights, improve forecasting accuracy, enhance pipeline hygiene, and automate reporting.
The ideal candidate will combine practical AI agent development and API integration expertise with Power BI knowledge and the ability to coach and upskill a Data & Analytics team.
Key Responsibilities
AI-Enabled ELT Dashboards
Move the ELT Summary Dashboard prototype into production using Power BI.
Implement an AI insight layer covering risks, changes, and recommended actions.
AI Forecast Simulator
Productionize the existing prototype using CRM and Power BI data.
Deploy an AI Coach agent to support forecasting decisions.
Automate stage-weight calibration and forecast accuracy tracking to continuously improve prediction quality.
Pipeline Hygiene
Move the dashboard prototype into production.
Automate flags for stale or duplicate opportunities, close dates, and Tx renewable CED treatment.
Implement owner alerts to improve pipeline hygiene.
Revamp of Existing Dashboards with AI Insights
Retrofit Sales 360 and other core dashboards with AI-generated insights and recommended actions.
Establish a repeatable pattern for integrating AI insights into dashboards.
CRM Data Validation Agent
- Build an agent to detect, classify, and route Salesforce data-quality issues.
Whitespace and Custom Report Agent
Automate whitespace analysis and cross-sell insights by account, segment, and product group.
Build an agent to retrieve and prepare data for custom report requests, including whitespace and cross-sell analyses.
Integrate data from C-Force, Snowflake, SharePoint, and Excel sources.
Internal AI Skills Training
Train and coach the Data & Analytics team to build and maintain AI agents.
Build on the existing in-house AI training programme.
AI Sales Workflow – Agentic Sales Intelligence Flow
Build the MVP of the seller-facing workflow.
Integrate Salesforce, marketing, and other sales data.
Surface account and buying signals.
Recommend next-best actions and draft personalized outreach.
Required Qualifications
Strong, hands-on experience building AI agents using Copilot Studio and/or Microsoft 365 Copilot.
Experience connecting AI agents to Salesforce, Power BI, SharePoint, and other sales organization tools.
Understanding of security, permissions, and access controls when integrating enterprise systems.
Experience developing API connectors and integrations.
Working knowledge of Power BI and DAX.
Understanding of sales data and pipeline data.
Ability to coach and upskill a team, in addition to building and deploying solutions.
