Technical Trainer

•        Any degree in Electronics/ Electrical/Industrial Automation or similar. Minimum of 8-12 years of experience preferably from Pharma/Life science/ Biotech background. 

•        Proven experience as a trainer or instructor, preferably in a corporate setting. 

•        Strong presentation and facilitation skills. 

•        Ability to adapt training techniques to accommodate different learning styles. 

•        Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse groups of people. 

•        Proficiency with learning management systems and other training technology. 

•        Certifications such as CPLP (Certified Professional in Learning and Performance) or CPTM (Certified Professional in Training Management) are a plus. 

 

Competence areas include: 

 

•        Good knowledge of ABB/Emerson/Siemens/Rockwell/Yokogawa systems 

•        Basic understanding of ISA S88 Batch concepts 

•        Basic understanding of regulatory compliance and pharma guidelines
