- 15+ years of industry experience in business analysis, analytics, design, and development of solutions in multiple technology platforms.
- Proven track record of being hard-working and “get-it-done” attitude!
- Strong aptitude for investment finance, statistics, risk and associated concepts.
- Experience building quantitative portfolio construction tools.
- Experience using optimizers/solvers to speed up portfolio decision making and execution.
- Ability to build partnerships with cross-functional teams and facilitate interactions with engineering, data, product, and support teams.
- Experience designing, developing, and maintaining software products and solutions.
- Leadership qualities with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and high degree of demonstrated decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- JIRA & Confluence proficiency and familiarization with different agile practices (Kanban, Lean etc.) with ability to align stories through to EPICs and underpinning business strategy is required.
- Ability to work both independently and with all levels of the organization, including technical and non-technical team members.
- SQL and data analysis experience.
- Intellectual curiosity with a history of mentoring and influencing.
MBA/CFA charter holder preferred
