Software Engineer II

Technical Skills Required:
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on development experience using Pro*C, Oracle ADF, Shell Scripting, PL/SQL, and Oracle APEX for custom UI development. Design and implement integrations between Oracle Retail and other enterprise systems.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in an Agile environment, leading teams, practices lean principles and promoting faster time to market
- Experience in Oracle Retail SaaS implementations, including migration from on-prem to cloud.
- Knowledge of REST API integrations and microservices architecture for Oracle Retail.
- Familiarity with OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) services for hosting and scaling Oracle Retail applications.
- Expertise in performance tuning for SaaS environments, including batch optimization and database query tuning.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines for Oracle Retail deployments in cloud environments.
- Experience with security and compliance for SaaS solutions (data encryption, identity management); nice to have.
