Senior Principal Agile ERP Delivery Manage

We are looking for a Professional and if you have these skills, we would like to speak to you. 

• 16+ years proven experience delivering Agile projects and working as a Scrum Master or managing a team of Scrum Masters in IT
• 10+ years as a technical team lead in ERP application management space
• Clear communicator with good presentation skills
• Experience of senior stakeholder management. Ability to sum up key messages for business stakeholders avoiding technical terminology and abbreviations focusing on business value and business risks
• Aptitude to quickly grasp technical topics in sufficient detail to effectively communicate with Tech delivery teams.
• Self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Experience with managing project schedules, finances, risks and issues.
• Understanding of project governance and/or Agile standards and procedures as well as compliance constraints when working with pharmaceutical quality controlled and validated software
• Ability and willingness to be flexible, adapting to the demands of the customers.
• Technical knowledge in ERP space to understand content of the products delivered and trade-off choices
• Experience of managing matrix teams.
• Tech experience in BioPharma or Pharmaceutical industry, understanding of industry standards and best application management practices

Agile Scrum accreditation, SAP Agile Project Delivery (or similar SAP accreditations) preferred.
