How you will make an impact
- Perform design and implementation of network solutions across AWS cloud environments, including VPC architecture, routing, segmentation, and connectivity
- Execute network infrastructure operations across AWS and enterprise environments, including firewall changes, DNS updates, certificate management, and routing configurations
- Support hybrid and secure networking (VPNs, gateways, load balancing) while ensuring high availability, disaster recovery readiness, and performance optimization
- Coordinate follow-the-sun support with global teams and participate in on-call rotations to ensure continuous service availability and rapid incident response
- Prepare automation scripts, monitoring solutions, and documentation to improve operational efficiency, standardization, and troubleshooting effectiveness
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited university and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a network related IT position
AND
In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:
- Minimum of 5 years work experience in enterprise networking and cloud networking (AWS VPC, routing, VPN, DNS, ALB, NLB)
- Experience with network security and infrastructure technologies (firewalls, load balancing, access controls)
- Experience supporting and troubleshooting network performance, connectivity, and production incidents
- Experience working in hybrid cloud environments with on-prem and cloud integration
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Experience with AWS networking services (Route 53, Transit Gateway, ALB/NLB) and exposure to Azure or GCP networking
- Experience with network automation (Terraform, scripting) and monitoring tools (Wireshark, SolarWinds)
- Strong problem-solving, comprehension, and communication skills with the ability to quickly understand complex systems and issues
- Demonstrated “solver” mindset with a proactive, ownership-driven approach to resolving complex issues and continuously improving solutions

- Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel to Trimodal office at least 2 days per week)
