Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Salesforce projects.
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator) are highly desirable.
Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities, including configuration, customization, and integration.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with Business Process understanding ,Project management, Agile or Scrum methodologies.
Experience with data migration strategies and tools within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning and Apex.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
