Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Salesforce projects.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator) are highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities, including configuration, customization, and integration.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with Business Process understanding ,Project management, Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with data migration strategies and tools within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning and Apex.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
