Overview
We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to build and scale the go-to-market infrastructure for an enterprise SaaS business. As the first dedicated Product Marketing Manager, you will own the end-to-end product launch lifecycle, translating complex product capabilities into compelling, differentiated value propositions for enterprise buyers within the financial services sector.
Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you will work closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to bridge product development and commercial success. This is a high-impact role for a self-driven professional who thrives in a fast-growing environment and enjoys building scalable product marketing programs from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
Product Launch Management
- Lead end-to-end go-to-market execution for product launches, including positioning, messaging, launch planning, and sales readiness.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful product launches.
- Own and manage the product launch calendar, ensuring stakeholders meet timelines and deliverables.
Messaging & Positioning
- Develop and maintain product messaging frameworks that clearly differentiate products within the enterprise banking market.
- Translate complex technical capabilities into buyer-centric value propositions tailored by persona and use case.
- Partner with the Brand and Content team to ensure product messaging aligns with the overall company narrative.
Sales Enablement
- Develop and maintain sales enablement materials, including battlecards, competitive positioning, and objection-handling guides.
- Leverage Gong insights to identify buyer language, competitive trends, and deal patterns, ensuring enablement content remains relevant and effective.
- Serve as the primary marketing partner for Sales on product positioning and messaging.
Competitive Intelligence
- Build and manage a structured competitive intelligence program.
- Develop a regular cadence for sharing competitive insights with Sales, Product, and Leadership teams.
- Monitor market trends and leverage Gong insights to maintain an up-to-date understanding of the competitive landscape.
Required Qualifications
- 3–6 years of Product Marketing experience within an enterprise SaaS environment.
- Proven experience owning end-to-end product launches with minimal supervision.
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and complex B2B buying committees.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into compelling customer-focused messaging.
- Experience developing sales enablement assets that support Account Executives throughout the sales cycle.
- Ability to operate effectively in a high-growth, fast-paced environment with evolving processes.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within FinTech or Financial Services.
- Experience working with enterprise banking products or enterprise B2B SaaS solutions.
- Hands-on experience using Gong or similar revenue intelligence platforms.
- Experience developing competitive intelligence programs and market positioning strategies.
What Success Looks Like
First 30 Days
- Build relationships with all Account Executives and understand their primary customer objections.
- Audit existing sales enablement assets and identify improvement opportunities.
- Develop a clear understanding of the upcoming 90-day product launch roadmap.
First 60 Days
- Organize product marketing assets into an easily accessible and scalable structure for the Sales team.
- Develop messaging frameworks for at least two product lines.
First 90 Days
- Independently own the complete go-to-market execution for an upcoming product launch, from positioning through sales readiness.
- Enable the Sales team to consistently articulate product value using customer-centric messaging, resulting in measurable adoption of enablement assets.
