- Mainframe programming knowledge.
- Hands on experience in JCL, COBOL, DB2 and Rexx.
- Strong hands-on administration experience in Mainframe Endevor.
- Endevor Processor groups configuration and maintenance
- Experience in Control M scheduling
- Understanding of Software Configuration Management processes across Mainframe and Distributed systems
- Ability to navigate across Fidelity technology organizations and at various levels within the organization
- A blend of process and technology skills; ability to understand end to end processes and translate requirements to enable standardization and automation
- Understanding of ITSM functions including Incident, Change & Problem Management
- Ability to plan out work, accurately communicate status and meet agreed upon schedules
- Ability to balance details with an understanding of the big picture
- Capability of understanding complex processes
- Ability to understand and integrate data across multiple tools and functions
- Strong communication, both verbal and written; ability to implement education and training across a broad technology population
- Forward looking, continuous improvement mindset
- Develop processes and standards and maintain KPI and process alignment
