Lead Engineer -Next.JS

- Must have 8+ years of experience building frontend applications using NextJs and React.js.
- Must have 5+ years of hands-on experience with App Router, SSR/ISR/SSG and BFF Architecture.
- Must have 5+ years of hands-on experience with SCSS and/or Tailwind CSS.
- Must have 5+ years of hands-on experience with SEO optimization and Core Web Vitals.
- Must have 5+ years of hands-on experience testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright/Cypress)
- Experience with Java (Spring Boot, J2EE) and working knowledge of Node.js.
- Experience in creating and using REST and Graph QL APIs
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines in Gitlab or GitHub Actions and AWS (ECS Fargate, CloudFront, S3, Route 53, AppConfig, Secrets Manager, Redis)
- Strong understanding of observability, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting using tools like New Relic and CloudWatch.
- Good collaboration and communication across DevOps, QA, and product teams
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control, and Agile development practices.
- Experience in mentoring juniors is preferred.
