Lead Engineer

Responsibilities:
· Lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems using Node.js.
· Architect and optimize databases (primarily MongoDB) for performance, scalability, and reliability.
· Design system architecture and establish coding standards and best practices across the backend team.
· Collaborate closely with Frontend, DevOps, Product, and QA teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
· Manage deployments and infrastructure using AWS services (ECS, EC2, Lambda, S3, CloudWatch, etc.)
· Implement and maintain APIs, services, and integrations with external systems.
