Lead Engineer

Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems using Node.js.
Architect and optimize databases (primarily MongoDB) for performance, scalability, and reliability.
Design system architecture and establish coding standards and best practices across the backend team.
Collaborate closely with Frontend, DevOps, Product, and QA teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Manage deployments and infrastructure using AWS services (ECS, EC2, Lambda, S3, CloudWatch, etc.)
Implement and maintain APIs, services, and integrations with external systems.
