You can find more details on our website: We are looking for a Senior Evidence Synthesis Associate to support our Evidence Synthesis (ES) team in conducting systematic literature reviews, data extraction, and meta-analysis for health economics and outcomes research (HEOR) projects.
Responsibilities
•
Independently conduct Targeted Literature Reviews (TLRs) and Systematic Literature Reviews (SLRs) from protocol development to data extraction. Develop final report and presentation deliverables with minimal supervision.
•
Lead key review phases including study selection, data extraction, quality assessment, and evidence synthesis.
•
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support Advanced Analytics for feasibility assessments and analytical inputs.
•
Develop high-quality client-facing materials and actively participate in client interactions, clearly presenting methodologies and findings.
•
Contribute to abstracts, manuscripts and evidence generation for HTA.
•
Drive knowledge sharing, mentor junior team members, and contribute to continuous improvement of processes, tools, and best practices.
•
Support business development through proposal development, Statement of Work (SOW) creation, and identification of potential client opportunities.
Qualifications
•
PhD or Masters in Life Sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or a related discipline.
•
At least 3+ years of experience in systematic literature reviews, evidence synthesis, and HTA submissions.
Skills
•
Strong understanding of PRISMA guidelines, Cochrane and HTA methodologies.
•
Expertise in EndNote and SLR softwares.
•
Experience of SLR project management
•
Scientific writing skills with experience in manuscripts, abstracts, and dossier development
•
Scientific thought leadership — ideation and development of manuscripts, posters, and podium presentations
