Bid and Proposal Manager

We are looking for a Proposal Management professional with 3+ years of experience in IT or professional services, supporting global banking and financial services clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end RFPs, proposals, executive summaries, and SOW drafting.

• Handle bank procurement, vendor onboarding, compliance, security documentation, and SLA requirements.

• Create and maintain reusable proposal content, case studies, capability decks, and sales collateral.

• Coordinate with sales, solutions, delivery, and leadership teams to manage multiple proposals.

• Drive version control, approval workflows, and win/loss analysis.

• Leverage GenAI and proposal automation tools to improve productivity and deliver 5x output.

Must-Have Skills:

• Experience supporting proposals for global banks

• Strong business writing, RFP management, and stakeholder coordination skills.

• Knowledge of financial services commercial models, SLAs, and compliance documentation.

• Exposure to tools such as Qvidian, Loopio, RFPIO, or equivalent.
