A global sustainability-focused company wanted to stand up a development centre in Bangalore from scratch. We ran it from the first confidential leadership hire through to a team of more than a hundred.

The situation
The company was establishing a Bangalore centre from nothing and needed to move before its identity was public. The earliest hires, including department heads, had to be made confidentially, without the pull of a known employer brand to attract senior talent.
After leadership, the centre needed a working HR function and a broad technical team stood up quickly, across several specialised skills, with the same hiring bar throughout.
What we did
We ran the build end to end. It began with confidential leadership hiring before the reveal, then scaled the HR function and the technical workforce from zero past a hundred people.
The technical team spanned Salesforce (SFDC) development, .NET development, software testing (QA), and application support. We owned hiring strategy, sourcing and screening, interview-panel design and scheduling, and close coordination with hiring managers to keep quality and pace together.
