Role Summary – Forward Deployed Senior Software Engineer

Domain: Enterprise SaaS / Workflow Automation
This is a hands-on Senior Software Engineering role focused on building migration tooling and automation frameworks that help enterprise customers migrate from legacy schedulers and automation platforms to RunMyJobs (RMJ).

- Java 11/17+

- Customer-facing / Forward Deployed Engineering experience
Ideal Candidate Profile
Look for an 8+ year Java backend engineer who has built APIs, automation frameworks, and developer tooling, rather than a conventional application developer.
The strongest profiles will combine:
Java + Backend/API + Automation + Migration + AI + Databases + Docker + Testing
with experience working directly with enterprise customers, Professional Services, Solution/Migration Architects, or implementation teams.
