Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5–8 years of experience administering and configuring Workday in a global organization, preferably within a high-growth software or technology company.
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday HCM and Advanced Compensation.
- Experience configuring Workday Business Processes and advanced calculated fields.
- Expertise in building custom Workday reports and dashboards.
- Experience developing and supporting EIB integrations, with familiarity with Workday Studio.
- Proven ability to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Workday solutions.
- Experience leading testing, deployment, and production support for Workday enhancements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
