Account Operations Associate
Essential Job Functions: *
- Actively participate in and successfully complete training and mentorship program.
- Build job related skills, during acclimation period, by working with and assisting team members.
- Gain a working knowledge of technical aspects of position and quality assurance tools to meet standards.
- Responsibility and ownership for successful completion of assigned client projects
- Manage client projects by maintaining a timeline and initiating appropriate action to ensure timelines are met.
- Effectively work cross-functionally and contribute within the group.
- Independently interpret client instructions, perform technical analysis, outline job flow and monitor project plans to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
- Independently determine prioritization of workload based on project needs and meet expected deadlines.
- Report on project goals and provide professional communication to keep necessary parties updated on project status.
- Facilitate communication between Account Operations team members, internal departments, and management.
- Determine and implement the most efficient approach to completing client projects
- Responsible for product quality assurance
- Provide excellent customer service
- Serve as a knowledge resource/mentor for new team members.

- Ability to sufficiently communicate with individuals at all levels in the company in an articulate, professional manner; in both written and oral communications
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships internally and externally
- Team player with ability to work independently
- Project management skills including: excellent organization, time management, and follow through.
- Self-starter with attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work well under pressure to meet deadlines
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite especially Excel, Word, Visio and Outlook.
- Knowledge of mainframe and server-based systems.
- Ability to perform appropriate record management requirements
- Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgement
- Desire to develop in Account Operations Specialist career path.
Education, Experience, and Certification: *
- Associate’s degree or equivalent is preferred.
- 1-2 years’ customer service experience is required.*
- Direct marketing experience is preferred.
