Our Reports

Four reports, one database.

Each report reads the same placement record from a different angle. The Talent Radar tracks velocity month-on-month. The Hiring Pulse goes deep on one sector each quarter. The Compensation Index keeps the comp band honest. The State of GCC Talent is the annual benchmark.

How the work gets done

What makes the data credible.

Most GCC market reports cite the same secondary sources. Ours doesn't. Here's where the numbers actually come from — and the rules we follow before any of it gets published.

  • 01 · Source
    Placement data, not survey data
Every salary band, every notice period, every counter-offer rate comes from a mandate we ran. Twenty years of placements, indexed and queryable.
  • 02 · Coverage
    880+ GCCs across four sectors
Tech, Pharma, BFSI, ER&D. Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, NCR. We name the limits of what we cover — and don't publish on what we don't know well.
  • 03 · Cadence
Updated against the calendar, not the news cycle
Monthly velocity. Quarterly sector deep-dives. Annual benchmark in February. The cadence is fixed — what changes is what the data is showing.
  • 04 · Editorial line
Sachith reviews every observation before it ships
Charts can mislead. Twenty years of practitioner judgement sits behind every "this matters because…" line that turns a number into a read.

Frequently Asked

Questions about the data.

The questions that come up most often before someone subscribes or downloads. If yours isn't here, the form below is the fastest route.

Are these reports really free?
Yes — every report is free to download with a work email. We use the subscription to keep the audience real and to send you the next issue when it ships. We don't sell the list, we don't share it with partners, and the unsubscribe link is at the bottom of every email.
How is this different from Zinnov, NASSCOM, or Mercer reports?
Those are all good sources. The difference is the dataset — ours is placement data, theirs is survey data or aggregated employer reporting. We see what offers actually got accepted, what counter-offers happened, who walked away and why. That's a different read than what companies say about their own hiring.
Can I use the data in my own reports or board decks?
Yes, with attribution. The reports are designed to be cited — every chart has a clear source line and every observation is dated. We ask that you don't reproduce more than three charts from a single report without getting in touch first.
Do you cover sectors outside Tech, Pharma, BFSI, and ER&D?
Not at the moment. These four are where our placement data is dense enough to publish from with confidence. Healthcare and industrial are growing — we expect to add at least one to the coverage list in 2027.
I'd like a custom cut of the data for my GCC. Is that possible?
Yes — custom data extracts and sector deep-dives are part of our Intelligence & Advisory work. Send a brief through the form below and we'll come back with what's feasible and what it costs.
Custom Intelligence

Need a cut of the data that's not in a report?

Tell us what you're trying to answer. We'll come back within one working day on what's feasible and how we'd approach it.

Brief us on the question.
Thanks — we'll come back within one working day on what we can do.
