A dedicated team, under your brand.

You want an engineering team in India that works as part of your company, not a project handed to a vendor. We stand it up under your brand and your management, handle the hiring, the entity, payroll, and the office, and let you run the work. The same intelligence behind 4,000 senior placements builds you the team. You keep the IP and the control.

The Problem

The team you want is hard to get the way you can get it now.

You can hire a vendor and get a project delivered, but the team isn't yours: the people rotate, the knowledge walks out with them, and the IP sits inside someone else's contract. Or you set up your own entity, which means 9 to 12 months of legal, finance, and real-estate work before a single engineer writes code.

Both leave you somewhere you didn't want to be. One gives you control and costs you a year. The other gives you speed and costs you ownership.

A dedicated offshore dev centre gives you the team without the trade-off. The engineers are dedicated to you, work under your brand and your management, and build IP that's yours. We carry the entity, payroll, and office so you carry only the work.

The fastest way to own an offshore team is to skip the year of entity setup and start with engineers who are yours from day one.
How a dedicated dev centre actually works
Our Approach

Your team. Your management. Our backend.

We build the team and carry the operational weight, so you get a dedicated engineering group that runs like an extension of your own org from the start.

01 · Build
Engineers hired to your bar
We hire the team against your technical standards and your culture, using the intelligence that tells us where the engineers you want actually work and what moves them. They're dedicated to you alone, not shared across accounts.
02 · Carry
Entity, payroll, and office on us
We handle the legal entity, payroll, compliance, and the workspace, so you skip the 9-to-12-month setup and start with people, not paperwork. The operational overhead sits with us, the team sits with you.
03 · Run
Under your brand and direction
The team carries your name, reports into your leaders, and works in your delivery rhythm. The IP is yours, the direction is yours, and you can take the centre fully in-house whenever you choose.
A Typical Engagement

How a dev centre comes online.

Four phases. Most centres have their first engineers live inside 8 weeks, then grow against your roadmap with the backend running quietly underneath.

Phase 01
Weeks 1–3
Design the centre
We agree the team shape, the technical bar, and the operating model: who reports where, how delivery runs, and what stays with you. The backend setup starts in parallel.
Phase 02
Weeks 3–8
Hire the core team
We build the founding engineers and leads against your standards, while we stand up the entity, payroll, and workspace. The first cohort goes live as soon as they're calibrated.
Weeks 8+
Ongoing
Grow to plan
The team scales against your roadmap, hiring to the same bar, while we run payroll, compliance, and facilities. You manage the work; the operational load stays off your desk.
When ready
Optional
Transition in-house
If you want the centre on your own entity later, we run a clean transition, people, IP, and operations, on your timeline. The exit path is agreed up front, not negotiated under pressure.

Frequently Asked

Questions we get asked.

If you don't see what you're looking for, the form below is the fastest route. Most enquiries get a response within one working day.

How is a dedicated dev centre different from a vendor or outsourcer?
A vendor delivers a project with people who are shared across accounts and rotate off when the contract ends, and the IP sits in their contract. A dedicated centre gives you a team that's yours alone, works under your brand and management, and builds IP that belongs to you. We run the entity and operations underneath; you run the work.
Who owns the IP and the code?
You do. The team works on your systems under your direction, and the IP is yours from the start, written into the agreement. The model is built so that nothing about ownership is ambiguous, including if you later move the centre onto your own entity.
Do the engineers work for us or for Recruise?
They're dedicated to you and managed by you day to day, carrying your brand and reporting into your leaders. Recruise is the employer of record and handles payroll, compliance, and facilities, so the operational load sits with us while the team and the direction sit with you.
Can we move the centre onto our own entity later?
Yes, and the exit path is agreed at the start, not improvised. When you're ready, we run a clean transition of people, IP, and operations onto your entity, on your timeline. Many clients start with us to move fast, then take the centre in-house once it's at scale.
How fast can the first engineers be productive?
Most centres have their first engineers live and building inside 8 weeks from kickoff, because we run the entity, payroll, and workspace setup in parallel with hiring rather than before it. The exact timeline depends on the technical bar and the roles, and we'll give you a realistic one at design, not after.
How does this compare to setting up our own GCC?
A dedicated dev centre suits an engineering team you want fast, under your brand, without carrying the entity yourself. A full GCC set-up is the right path when you want your own legal entity and a broader centre from the outset, and our GCC Set-Up & Transformation practice runs that. Many clients start with a dev centre and grow it into a GCC over time.
