Behind every number, a person.
The questions people ask.
-
It is Recruise's verified placement record for the hard-to-fill senior roles it fills inside Global Capability Centres. Every figure comes from a single internal source and is signed by the data owner before it is published. The headline numbers are 94% retention across the leaders we've placed since 2014, over 2,300+ GCC hires and 64 global capability centres. The Rare-Hire Record™ is a trademark and the intellectual property of Recruise.
-
It is the cumulative retention across all the leaders Recruise has placed since October 2014. It is measured across the whole book, not a single flattering cohort or a recent slice, and it reconciles against tracked attrition of 5.57%.
-
As the book grows, the data owner re-signs the rolling figures every quarter, next at the end of Q3 2026. The counts are snapshots as of March 2026, and the rates span October 2014 to March 2026. The per-engagement builds are fixed history and do not change.
-
No. No client is named. Builds are described by sector and shape, for example "a global pharma GCC", and never by name. The discretion is deliberate: senior search runs on confidentiality, so Recruise never trades client names for proof. The same discretion protects every engagement, including yours.
-
It is the total senior offer value Recruise has placed, $250M+, reconciled in June 2026.

The Record is the placement proof underneath the intelligence. Recruise's research reads the GCC talent market on a rolling basis: Talent Radar every month, Hiring Pulse every quarter, the annual State of GCC Talent, the proprietary GCC Vantage research, and periodic compensation reports. All of it maps where the market is heading, and the Rare-Hire Record™ is the evidence of who Recruise has actually placed into it.
