An enterprise software GCC is hiring a Lead UX Designer to own the experience for a complex, data-dense product — and to grow a small design practice inside the centre.
The role
- Lead end-to-end design from research through to polished, shipped UI.
- Mentor two designers and raise the craft bar across the team.
- Partner with product and engineering as an equal voice in the room.
What you bring
- 7+ years in product design, including enterprise or B2B complexity.
- A portfolio that shows systems thinking, not just screens.
- Experience mentoring and the appetite to build a practice.
