An AI-first enterprise GCC is hiring an Applied AI Research Engineer to take frontier LLM and retrieval techniques from paper to production. This role is remote within India.
What you'll do
- Prototype and productionise retrieval, fine-tuning and agentic workflows.
- Run evaluations that actually predict real-world quality.
- Partner with product teams to ship AI features customers trust.
What we look for
- 5+ years in ML / applied research with shipped LLM-based features.
- Strong Python and a working command of the modern LLM tooling stack.
- The instinct to know when a clever model beats a simple one — and when it doesn't.
