The India GCC of a global bank is hiring a Finance Controller to lead controllership for a centre of 2,000+ — owning statutory, management and regulatory reporting end-to-end.
Scope of the seat
- Lead a controllership team across general ledger, intercompany and statutory close.
- Own the relationship with auditors and the local regulator.
- Partner with the global CFO org on planning, transfer pricing and governance.
Profile
- CA / CPA with 12+ years, including controllership in a BFSI captive or large MNC.
- Deep command of Ind AS / IFRS and Indian regulatory reporting.
- A people leader who has built and run finance teams at scale.
