A Fortune 500 enterprise GCC is building out the internal developer platform that the rest of its 1,200-engineer centre runs on. They're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead two platform squads — CI/CD and developer experience.
The mandate
- Grow and coach a team of ~12 engineers across two squads.
- Own the roadmap for build, deploy and observability tooling used centre-wide.
- Partner with staff engineers on architecture and with leadership on hiring.
You'll likely bring
- 3+ years managing engineers, with a background in platform, infra or DevEx.
- A track record of shipping internal tooling that engineers actually adopt.
- The judgement to balance reliability, velocity and team health.
